“My experience dealing with Union Choice was the absolute BEST treatment I have ever had from a Mortgage Company. I have done roughly 20 home purchases or refinances over my life. Most of the time service was very good, but not to the point where I would stop and write a review. Lou deserves that and honestly, earned that from me. My real estate agent quit their firm in the middle of my purchase. The broker took over and although a very nice guy, he was too busy to keep me updated the way a typical agent would. Lou stepped in and pretty much assumed that role. He made sure I was aware of progress and delays. This was a probate sale with a tenant in the unit so lots of moving parts caused delays. Lou stepped in, ushered things along. Kept everyone on point and focused. Honestly, without his help, I would have walked away as the deck was stacked against this transaction going through. Thank you, Lou & the whole Union Choice team you are the best. If you need a mortgage firm..call Union Choice, they will be an asset when others are a liability.”
